I have a science background and a passion for sport, a great combination to help you achieve your fitness goals.


I can provide a safe and effective programme to suit your individual needs, ensure your fitness progression, and make it fun!


I have first hand experience of getting back into shape after having children and appreciate that finding time can be difficult.


I can help with training for an event. I ran the London Marathon a few years ago.


Training sessions can be done at my new home studio in Thriplow, your home or outdoors if you prefer.
